Tar brings over 25 years experience as a distribution industry specialist to E&A. Tar has helped distributors grow their sales, reduce operating expenses, mitigate risk and lead the competition regardless of the market conditions.
Tar's clients have successfully learned to manage technology that is specifically aligned with management team goals for financial and operational improvement. Among his former clients are many of the industry leaders for HVAC/R, Electrical, PVF, Fluid Power, Industrial Distribution and more including:
Before joining E&A, Tar was a principal consultant for TEAM Systems, the Vice President of Ultimate Data Systems (SHIMS Software for Supply Houses), and General Manager for MAI Basic Four Wholesale Distribution Business Unit where he was actively involved in the product development, sales, technical services and operations.
Tar will be focused on developing new client accounts in the Southeast where E&A clearly has a value added advantage for operational improvement and technology management.
Tar lives in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida with his wife Kelly. He enjoys fishing and cooking - although he claims to not be particularly good at either one.

E&A’s annual survey of companies in the wholesale/distribution and manufacturing industries has shed light on their proof-of-delivery requirements.
Affordable proof-of-delivery solutions that leverage the power of smartphones and the Cloud is prompting many E&A customers to rethink their traditional, paper-based delivery systems. The question about proof-of-delivery was directed only at those E&A customers who deliver on their own trucks.
The survey revealed that the greatest perceived benefit of proof-of-delivery is capturing customer signatures electronically. 25% of E&A customers reported that electronic signature capture is Very Important with another 32% saying that is Important to them.
