Infor has just announced the release of Infor ERP TakeStock version 6.0.090. The feature/functionality available in the new release includes:

• System Wide – Show Urgent Notes Menu Option
  • Inquiry programs include the option to toggle the display of urgent notes on / off
  • Setting stored locally on each user’s PC
  • Option available in the following inquiries
    • AP Vendor Inquiry
    • AR Customer Inquiry
    • GL Account Inquiry
    • GL Center Inquiry
    • IM Item Inquiry
    • PO Document Inquiry
    • SO Document Inquiry

• Inventory Management – Container Removal
  • New program to remove old container records with a status of sold, disposed, or returned

• Inventory Management – Transfer Document Inquiry Window or Dialog Box Display
  • Display IM Transfer Document Inquiry program in either a window or dialog box format
  • Can be displayed from within customer, item and vendor inquiry when “drilling” into open and past transactions

 
• Manufacturing Control – Audit Control Functionality
  • Allows the tracking of various changes to production documents
  • MC Audit Control Maintenance configures the feature
  • MC Audit Report prints a listing of changes to documents
  • Functions as the existing SO and PO Audit Control functions

• Sales Orders – Document Audit Report/ Update Export to Excel
  • Option to output report results to the MS Excel printer

• System Management – Credit Card Auditing
  • Auditing records every time a user enters or views an unmasked credit card number during order processing
  • Information is stored for 1 year
  • Credit Security Report is available to system administrator user by default
    • Access can be granted to other users via functional security settings

• Credit Card Interlink – Display Unencrypted Credit Card Number
  • New feature allows user to view unmasked credit card numbers on the credit card authorization screen
    • Right-click in the Credit Card Number field displays the unmasked credit card number
  • Available only to system administrator by default
    • Access can be granted to other users via functional security settings
