On September 30, 2010, Earnest & Associates completed its 32nd year in business. It’s the time of year when we like to take a moment for reflection on what we’ve accomplished as a company and what we might do better going forward. 

Thanks to your input to our annual survey, we have gained understanding about some of the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead over the next 12 months. For example, you might not be too surprised to learn that a solid majority of E&A’s customers expect business to remain the same or better; only a few expect things to get worse. But more than ever, both our own experience and the survey data suggests that you need to know that every dollar invested in technology will produce the anticipated benefit. 

That’s why E&A is going back to basics.  We’ve developed a list of practical ways to improve the delivery of services to our customers. We need to make sure that you are utilizing technology to its fullest in order to maintain competitive advantage and profitability – not merely as a ‘necessary evil’ whose cost is to be minimized while waiting for economic uncertainty to fade from view.

E&A knows that we must spend more face time with our customers. Simply put: if we don’t understand your everyday business challenges then we really can’t know with any degree of precision how our technology solutions might be able to help you.

Look around at successful businesses (some might even be your competitors!) and you will see that technology is a big part of their success.  Technology is the tool applied to the purpose of  driving their people and processes forward as efficiently and effectively as possible.
