In less than 9 months from when it was first made generally available in July 2015, Microsoft’s Power BI’s subscriber base leaped to over 5 million subscribers from 200,000 companies in 200 countries, and this phenomenal adoption rate by companies worldwide has continued ever since. It is an incredibly powerful service…and the reason why we chose it to be the platform on which we deliver our unparalleled E&A ProSales solution.

No More Spreadsheets from Hell!

Our easy-to-use, intuitive and interactive dashboards allow users to answer their own business questions, eliminating the need for special IT reports. Power BI’s best-practice visuals enable us to take big data and turn it into actionable insights with drill-down capabilities. We offer a cloud-based solution that is available 24/7 from any internet-connected device with a simple URL and login credentials. It doesn’t require any special training or software; just click your mouse for instant insights into customer profitability. The ability to go directly from data to insight shows you what happened, why it happened, what it means, and what you should do going forward with your sales planning and execution. The ease of use takes the intimidation out of massive amount of data.

What You Need, When You Need It

Power BI’s mobile apps provide virtually the same experience as the PC version, including offline capability.  Data security is based upon industry leading protocols. Role level security allows you to determine exactly what each user sees or doesn’t see. The admin role allows you to measure utilization by each individual user. You have the ability to export data in Excel to do your own separate analysis. You can then easily create your own customized dashboards and share them with selected people both inside and outside your organization.   Natural language capability allows you to ask your own questions and create your own custom reports and real-time dashboards, facilitating forward-looking actions in addition to the rear view look. Microsoft’s cloud-based infrastructure allows the lowest-in-industry cost economics to be passed directly down to you.

We’re Not Done

All of this is only the tip of the iceberg! More than 500 Microsoft engineers are working constantly to improve Power BI and are publishing weekly enhancements. This allows us to continuously improve and customize our solution at no additional cost to you. We continually capture the best practices in deployment of customer stratification and provide you with new and updated dashboards. You get the benefit of continual improvement, agile development, and superior experienced consulting from an industry leader.
